Oh, hello there!
Welcome to Anatomy of You- helping to cultivate your inherent alignment and strength.
I have been a barre fitness instructor for over 7 years, and am more recently certified to teach both Yoga (RYT200) and Pilates.
It is my passion and belief that inner strength begets outer strength and vice versa, that our bodies – the vehicles we move through life with – require our undying love and affection, and that those bodies have a natural ability to heal and thrive.
